High pressure oil seperator is a filtration device that integrates cyclone separation, inertial separation, filtration promotion, and fine filtration in four stages of purification. It can efficiently remove water, oil, and dust, and continuously discharge sewage through a sewage system. Compressed air is first entered from the lower inlet section of the high-efficiency degreaser, and the solid particles or droplets are separated by the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed airflow during the diversion rotation; and the impurities and oil stains above 1 micron are intercepted and filtered by a precision filter . The purified compressed air is output from the top or upper side.

High pressure oil seperator is particularly suitable for use before adsorption dryers, which can effectively protect the adsorbent from oil pollution and the impact of liquid water, effectively extend the working life of the adsorbent, and enhance the adsorption effect. It can also be used for pre-treatment before the cold-drying machine or alone for simple and less demanding purification.

High pressure oil seperator working pressure is 1.0-10MPa.
